The following content reflects CORAS’s internal findings based on the information available at the time of review. It is not a court ruling and does not replace legal processes. Allegations and conclusions may be disputed. CORAS does not provide legal advice and encourages all parties to seek independent guidance where appropriate. Nothing in these publications should be construed as limiting any party’s right to seek independent legal advice or pursue remedies through the appropriate legal channels.
Appeals of findings may be submitted to CORAS for review. Appeals must be based on alleged errors made by the Board, or a reasonable explanation for a party’s absence from the investigation process, or on new evidence that was not previously available. Appeals are not a rehearing or retrial of the original issues. To submit an appeal, please email CORAS form your original contact email, with your file number (if applicable) and name, along with a written explanation of your grounds for appeal not exceeding one page. Any evidence you wish to rely on must be attached in PDF format. Any such appeals will be considered and voted on by the CORAS Board, and the Board’s decision is final.
